The Studies list holds every study in your organization, whoever created it. Use it to find a study, reuse a study’s setup by duplicating it, and delete the ones you don’t need. For what the Opens, Reply rate, and Interviews columns count, see Study metrics.

Find a study

A dot next to a study’s name marks interviews with replies you haven’t read yet. Search studies… matches a study’s name, identifier (such as ACM-015), or status. Click a column header to sort by it, or click Filter to narrow the list, for example to live studies you created.

Rename a study

Right-click the study in the list and choose Rename. Names are up to 65 characters. You can also click the title on the study page to edit it.

Duplicate a study

Duplicating creates a draft with the same setup and no interviews. Use it to run a study again, for example the checkout study each quarter, or to change an ended study’s interview guide. Right-click a study and choose Duplicate, or select one or more studies with their checkboxes and click Duplicate in the selection bar. Confirm with Duplicate. The copy keeps the whole setup, including the interview guide with its images and follow-up settings, the reward settings, and the Study Builder chat. It starts with no interviews, metrics, reward identifiers, Summary, or Overview, and gets its own live and test links. Duplicating a live study copies its latest edits, including changes you haven’t published with Save and publish.

Delete a study

Deleting a study removes it with all its interviews, Summary, and Overview. Deleting a live study also stops its live link. To keep the interviews, end the study instead. Right-click a study and choose Delete, or select one or more studies with their checkboxes and click Delete in the selection bar. Confirm with Delete.
