Organization settings let you customize your team’s profile and branding in Pillow.

Accessing settings

  1. Click Organization in the sidebar
  2. This opens the Settings tab
Only admins can access organization settings. Non-admins see the Organization link in the sidebar as disabled. Contact your organization admin if you need access.

Organization profile

The Settings tab contains 5 fields:

Organization name

Your internal organization name appears in the dashboard header and team member invitations.

Public name

The name shown to participants in your study conversations. This is what users see when interacting with your Researcher Agent.

Company website

Your company’s URL, used for reference and branding.

Support email

A contact email for your organization. This can be displayed in study interactions. Your organization logo is used as your Researcher Agent’s avatar (when the agent’s look is set to Logo) and in the dashboard interface. To update your logo:
  1. Click on the logo area to upload a new image
  2. Select an image file (recommended: square, at least 200x200px)
  3. Click Save changes
Use a square logo for best results. The image displays as a circle in most contexts.
If your product has mobile or desktop apps, add direct links to your app store listings. Supported platforms: iOS, Android, iPadOS, macOS, Windows, Web, and Other. These links can be used in study interactions to provide context about your product.

Danger zone

At the bottom of the Settings tab:
  • Leave organization: Remove yourself from this organization. You lose access to all its studies and data.
  • Delete organization: Permanently delete the organization and all its data. This action cannot be undone.
Both actions are irreversible. Make sure to export any data you need before leaving or deleting an organization.
