Where to find export options
In any study, click Share in the top-right corner of the Research Chat panel. Three options appear:- Share link — Generate a link to share with others
- Save as PDF — Download a styled PDF document
- Export to Notion — Send to a Notion workspace
Share links
Create a shareable link to a conversation or Research Chat thread. When creating a link, choose:- Visibility: Organization only (requires sign-in) or Public (anyone with the link)
- Expiration: Never, 7 days, or 30 days
Organization-only links require the recipient to be a member of your organization.
PDF export
Save conversations, Q&A insights, or issues as styled PDF documents. PDFs include:- Organization branding and study name
- Full message content with formatting preserved
- Source citations linking to original conversations
- Export date for reference
Notion integration
Connecting a workspace
Before exporting to Notion, connect your workspace:Authorize Pillow
If no workspace is connected, an authorization window opens. Grant Pillow access to your Notion workspace.
Exporting to Notion
Once connected:
You can also export to the workspace root by selecting Workspace root.
The page picker supports:
- Search — Find pages by name
- Favorites — Star frequently used pages for quick access
- Tree navigation — Browse your Notion page hierarchy

Managing connections
View and manage Notion connections in your study’s Settings > Integration tab. Disconnect workspaces you no longer need.Tips
- Use PDF export for stakeholder presentations that need a polished format
- Use Notion export for ongoing documentation that your team updates
- Use share links for quick, lightweight sharing within your team
- Set expiration on public links to limit how long sensitive data is accessible
