When each one is available
Pillow writes the Summary and Overview from every interview in the study, so they wait for the study to end, however it ends. Ending is final: while the study is live, read the interviews as they arrive and use Ask Pillow to judge when you’ve heard enough. See End a study.
Your study goals guide the analysis in all three, so findings are framed around what the study set out to learn.
Summary
The Summary connects the study’s findings to recommended actions, backed by participant quotes and charts. Its linked counts and themes lead to the interviews behind them. A participant can raise several themes, so those shares can add up to more than 100%. Follow-up studies suggests next studies based on these findings. Opening one starts a new study with its description filled in.Overview
The Overview lists each question the agent asked, merged across interviews, with participants’ answers grouped by meaning. A choice question is counted instead of grouped: every option you wrote, with the exact share of participants who picked it.Ask Pillow
