The Usage tab shows how many interviews your organization has used against its free trial or plan, by day and by study. Payment and invoices are on Manage billing. To open it, click Organization in the app sidebar, then Usage. Interviews from previews and test links never count toward usage.

Free trial

A new organization starts with a free trial of 250 interviews, shared by every study in the organization. Admins get an email when the organization has used most of its trial, and another when the trial ends.

When the trial runs out

When the last trial interview is used, every live study in the organization ends, and you can’t take another study live until you move to a paid plan. Drafts, interviews, and insights stay available. End a study explains what ending means for participants and results. To continue, an admin clicks Talk to us on the Billing tab and books a call.

On a paid plan

On a paid plan, usage resets each billing period. Admins get an email as the organization approaches its allowance.
