The Usage tab shows how many interviews your organization has collected, how that compares to your allowance, and what you’ve spent.

Open the Usage tab

  1. Click Organization in the sidebar.
  2. Go to the Usage tab.

During your free trial

While you’re on the free trial, the top of the tab shows your trial allowance:
  • Engaged conversations: how many trial interviews you’ve used
  • Remaining in trial: how many you have left
  • Trial progress: a bar showing usage against your trial limit
Only live, engaged conversations count toward the trial. Test interviews never count.
When you reach your trial limit, the tab shows Free trial ended. Upgrade on the Billing tab to keep collecting interviews.

On a paid plan

Once you’re on a plan, the tab shows your current billing period:
  • Total interviews: interviews collected this period
  • Included allowance: a progress bar against the interviews included in your plan, with the date your allowance renews
  • Overage interviews: interviews beyond your included allowance
  • Overage cost: what those extra interviews cost at your plan’s overage rate

What counts as a billed interview

A billed interview is a live interview with at least two participant answers. Short or abandoned interviews and all test interviews are never billed.

Daily and per-study breakdown

Below the summary, two charts help you spot trends:
  • Daily breakdown: interviews per day across the period you pick (last 7 days, last month, last 3 months, or last 6 months)
  • By campaign: interviews broken down by study
