Open the Usage tab
- Click Organization in the sidebar.
- Go to the Usage tab.
During your free trial
While you’re on the free trial, the top of the tab shows your trial allowance:- Engaged interviews: how many trial interviews you’ve used
- Remaining in trial: how many you have left
- Trial progress: a bar showing usage against your trial limit
When you reach your trial limit, the tab shows Free trial ended. Go to the Billing tab and click Talk to us to keep collecting interviews.
On a paid plan
Once you’re on a plan, the tab shows your current billing period:- Total interviews: interviews collected this period
- Included interviews usage: a progress bar against the interviews included in your plan, with the date your allowance renews
- Overage interviews: interviews beyond your included allowance
- Overage cost: what those extra interviews cost at your plan’s overage rate
What counts as an engaged interview
An engaged interview is a live interview that reaches the participant-response threshold for your organization. The standard threshold is one participant response, so an interview counts as soon as the participant replies. Test interviews never count.Daily and per-study breakdown
Below the summary, two charts help you spot trends:- Daily breakdown: interviews per day across the period you pick (last 7 days, last month, last 3 months, or last 6 months)
- Study Breakdown: the same period split per study
