Accessing billing
- Click Organization in the sidebar
- Go to the Billing tab
Only admins can access billing settings.
Current plan
Your billing page shows:- Plan name: Your current plan (e.g., Pro)
- Next billing date: When your next charge occurs
- Pricing: Your subscription fee plus per-interview usage pricing
- Included features: Unlimited studies, smart insights, explore interviews in real time, priority support, unlimited seats, cancel anytime
Pillow uses usage-based pricing. You pay a subscription fee plus a per-interview charge. Only engaged interviews (where the agent sent at least 2 messages) are billed.
Upgrading
If you’re on the free plan, click Upgrade & start learning to subscribe to the Pro plan. Stripe checkout opens to complete payment.Managing your subscription
Active subscribers can click Manage subscription to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can:- Update your payment method
- View and download invoices
- Update billing information
Invoices
- Active subscribers: Click View invoices to access your invoice history in the Stripe portal
- Past subscribers: Click Previous invoices to view billing history
Canceling your subscription
Reactivating
If you’ve scheduled a cancellation but changed your mind, click Reactivate on the billing page to restore your subscription before it expires.Need help?
