# Quickstart

> Create your first study and take it live in a few minutes.

Get your first study live in a few steps.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Start a new study">
    From your [dashboard](https://app.trypillow.ai), click **New** in the sidebar. Describe what you want to learn in plain language.

    > Our purchase funnel is: browse → add to cart → enter payment → confirm order. We're seeing a big dropoff at the payment step. I want to understand what's causing users to leave at that point and what would get them to complete the purchase.

    <Info>
      The more context you provide, the better your Researcher Agent is at asking the right questions.

  </Step>

  <Step title="Review and refine goals">
    Pillow drafts study goals from your input.

    Use the chat to refine your goals naturally:

    * Add goals you want to explore
    * Remove goals that aren't relevant
    * Ask Pillow to go deeper on specific topics

    Goals show status icons (added, modified, removed) so you can track changes.
